Joel Baraka grew up in a refugee camp in Uganda and doesn’t have fond memories of his education there. Classes were overcrowded and resources were limited. So he created a board game for students stuck in those same camps that will hopefully help them learn in a more engaging way. Baraka is getting a degree at the University of Wisconsin.
