Right now, there are more job openings in the US than there are people seeking work. But Author Fawn Germer says older job seekers she’s interviewed are especially worried about their careers dying in the post-pandemic economy. Will they manage to find another job of similar responsibility or salary? If there are no more jobs like that, how do they invent a new career for themselves this late in the game?
