The Fixers

Nick Apostolides brought his skills and expertise to the Fixers for three seasons. A woodworker and a painter, Nick contributed to 30 different building projects that changed the lives of countless individuals around the globe. In Season 4, Nick returns for one episode to help the Fixers with a special build in the British Virgin Islands.

Ariel’s motto? “Kindness first.” As an original member of the Fixers (Seasons 1 & 2), Ariel traveled the world to help communities in need. Her love of building and power tools began at age seven when she shadowed her grandfather in his workshop. Being part of the Fixers was one of “the hardest things I’ve ever done, and the greatest thing I’ve ever done.”

Courtney Dober fell in love with building when he was just a kid (he asked for a welder for his 13th birthday). Since then, he’s also fallen head over heels for the film industry, leading him to merge his two passions together as a producer and product designer. With experience ranging from kids shows (Kim and Courtney's Theory of Awesomeness on Disney) to lifestyle and travel (Fashion ASIA and Getaway) Courtney is a versatile performer and enthusiastic engineer.

US Marine veteran and DIY guru Rob North is the newest member of the Fixers. His motto, “If you can’t find a way, make a way!” fits well with the Fixers’ can-do spirit as he travels across the world helping communities in need. Rob has appeared on HGTV and CW and is involved in extensive community outreach and youth development.

A top-quality contractor, Kirin Stone worked as a high-end finish carpenter and builder before starting his own company. Home improvement has been his long-time passion, and he enjoys seeing others’ visions become a reality. Now, as The Fixers’ general contractor, he looks at the big picture and delivers success from years of experience.

Born in Monterrey Nuevo Leno, Mexico, Andi Sweeney Blanco is a bi-lingual and international film and stage actress. She is constantly learning through her work, and aims to help others process new ideas, emotions, and understandings through the power of story. Andi has been big on service since she was a teen, gaining her first building experience by building homes for poor families in the Appalachian mountains. As a part of The Fixers, she's excited to combine her passion for film and helping others!
