Biden's Domestic Agenda

President Joe Biden’s plans to invest in infrastructure, create jobs, and strengthen the safety net for American families have drawn comparisons to the sweeping agendas of two previous Democratic presidents. But Republicans in Congress dismiss the president's plans as an expensive, big-government approach. Grant Madsen and Christ Karpowitz help to put Biden's plans into perspective. Madsen is a historian and professor at Brigham Young University, and Karpowitz is a professor of political science and co-director of the Center for the Study of Elections and Democracy at BYU.
