Wet-Bulb Conditions

A giant heat wave will cover most of the United States this week, with forecasted temperatures 5 to 10 degrees above average. Climate researchers are beginning to warn of the growing risk for something called “wet-bulb” conditions which weren’t supposed to be common on the planet until after 2050.
