Vaccine Passports

Airlines, restaurants, movie theaters, sports arenas, and concert venues in the US are considering requiring customers to show proof they’ve been vaccinated for COVID-19 in order to fly, dine, or attend an event. The Biden Administration is working on creating a set of guidelines for “vaccine passports." How would this system work?
