Social Media Likes and Teenagers

We all want to be liked and feel accepted by those around us. But what are we giving up in pursuit of being liked? Getting likes on social media feels great in the moment, however psychology research suggests an over-investment in these likes and comments may be problematic for not only our teens mental health, but their overall development as well. Could a new social media policy help with the problem?
