He studies include American state and national politics, government reform, direct democracy, interest group influence, and the use of social media by politicians. The hashtag, “DraintheSwamp” is Trumps promise to enact term limits on Congress and to stop career politicians from clogging up and slowing down the political system.  What would it take to enact term limits?  Will term limits actually help America progress?
