As America’s military withdraws from Afghanistan, the fate of tens of thousands of Afghan civilians is at risk. About 18,000 Afghans who worked as interpreters for the US military have applied for special immigration visas to come to the US. They say they've been threatened by the Taliban. Adam Weinstein, a US Marine Corps veteran of the war in Afghanistan and a research fellow at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, talks about the risk and if the US ever made a promise.
