Lisa’s Adventure Club: Solo Traveling (0:00:00) On this week’s Adventure Club, we want to talk about how to become a “solo traveler.” Traveling solo might seem daunting or lonely. But, it can be a wonderful experience where you can make great memories and friends along the way. Joining us to discuss how to plan our next solo trip the benefits of traveling alone is self-proclaimed “solo traveler” Tracey Nesbit of solotravelerworld.com. If you or someone you love is struggling with an eating disorder, you can go to nationaleatingdisorders.org andn contact the helpline to get help.
