Fear of the Unknown (0:00:00) A dark hallway, an empty closet, an echoing abyss that seems to fall down through the earth itself. These all have one thing in common: the unknown. Many people are afraid of what they don’t know, including some of our team here at The Lisa Show. The fear of the unknown is something that many are familiar with, and some have even deemed “the fundamental fear”. So how do we deal with the unknown? Today we are joined by Chief Psychologist and Director of Psychology Training at Montefiore Medical Center, Dr. Simon Rego, as he helps us understand this phobia.
