Pipeline Cyberattack

A major fuel pipeline for the East Coast remains largely offline because of a ransomware attack. This is only the latest example of critical systems being disrupted by hackers infiltrating computers and holding the data on those computers for ransom. Hospitals, dams. Electric utilities, water treatment plants and airlines have all fallen victim. Why does this keep happening? We asked international law and cybersecurity expert Eric Jensen - he's a professor of law at Brigham Young University.
