Obamacare Is Not Failing, But It's Not Perfect Either

Guest: Sherry Glied, PhD, Dean of the Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University Republicans in Congress are still trying to salvage a plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. That’s Plan A. Plan B is to repeal Obamacare and work on a replacement later. Republicans are struggling to get support for that, too. So, Plan C appears to be what President Trump has touted many times on Twitter - just let Obamacare fail on its own and Republicans and Democrats will have no choice but to come together and fix things.  Is Obamacare really destined to collapse? And why are Republicans having such a hard time agreeing on a plan to replace it?
