He is a philanthropist and the founder of an asset management firm.  One in three American adults has a criminal record, making it harder for them to get a job. Two-third of released inmates find themselves back in prison. Richard Bronson is trying to turn that around and explains what his company 70MillionJobs is doing to help find jobs for those with criminal records.
