Video gaming is a kind of common language for young people all over the world. The US State Department has just funded an initiative to take advantage of that common language for diplomacy. Kids in the US and a couple of Middle Eastern countries will collaborate on designing their own video games. Susanna Pollack is the president of Games for Change, which is the nonprofit running this program for the US State Department.
