How Business Speak is Changing

If your emails begin with “I hope this find you well” and end with “Regards!”, you likely belong to an older generation of the American workforce. And while that isn’t a hard and fast generalization, it does illustrate an interesting change in the American workplace—the way we speak. As younger people enter the workforce, they not only bring with them new ideas, but news ways of expressing those ideas.
