It’s tough to get republicans and democrats to agree on environmental policy. Many conservatives worry about the government becoming too heavy-handed in regulating emissions. But there are now climate change activists who are members of the Republican party. That’s because there is a growing generational divide—younger republicans are more likely to prioritize the environment.
