Provo based band ‘We Are The Strike’ is taking the Mountain West by storm. After winning The Stadium of Fire Talent competition. they performed for 40,000 people on the same ticket as Carly Rae Jepson and Kelly Clarkson; then with Jason Scheff of Chicago, The Piano Guys and Mason Jennings. We Are the Strike is a jazz, funk and pop infused music-degree toting brotherhood. Each member plays multiple instruments lending credence to Jake Justice’s self-descriptive slang term: “human juke box.” Host Tim Slover chats with the band about everything from musical influences and performing to Star Wars jokes and Aussie accents.
