How Goldfish Quadruple in Size

Goldfish are cute, until they turn into the size of a football. That’s what happens when people release their unwanted pets into a lake. Invasive goldfish populations are growing in lakes around the world and causing major problems for ecosystems. Jordan Wein is an environmental scientist at WSB Engineering, a consulting firm that teamed up with Carver County, Minnesota to learn more about the hundreds of thousands of goldfish in lakes there.
