Few things express the Christmas season so well as Christmas carols. Today on Highway 89 we invited five talented musicians to visit and share with us some of the most treasured sounds of the season. Kalo Latu is the director of the Latu School of Music in Provo, Utah and holds a master’s degree in music from Brigham Young University. Rachel Curtis Studied Harp performance and Music Teaching at the Royal Academy of Music in London, England. Elizabeth Willey is the principle cellist for the orchestra at Temple Square in Salt Lake City. These three chat with Host Eric Glissmeyer about figgy puddings, handbell choirs, and Christmases abroad.
