Decision Satisfaction Rebecca Shiner is Professor of Psychology at Colgate University. She teaches courses on personality, happiness, therapy, and the development of psychological disorders in youth. She has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota, 1998. Her research centers on personality development in children and teens, personality traits, influence of personality on positive life outcomes and psychological disorders.
