As fall starts to bring football weather to Provo, the Cougs head southeast for the sunshine of Tampa, Florida. The Bulls don't have the longest history of organized football out of the teams BYU plays this year, but they have crammed some highlights into these 23 years. Their play-by-play broadcaster Jim Louk is on the phone to give us a history lesson in USF Football.
