Our show is based out of central Utah, a region that is experiencing some of the most rapid housing growth in the country. At the same time, buyers and renters are finding it almost impossible to get the housing they need at a price they can afford. This is the same for communities across the United States; people need somewhere to live, but they can’t find anything without being priced out. So how did we get here, and where do we go?
