Lifting Hands

Since the passing of the Refugee Act in 1980, the United States has admitted over 3 million refugees into the country. While they have been given a place of protection, they need so much more. And there are even more refugees not just in the US, but all over the world that are in need of food, clothing, and basic necessities. But how can we provide care to people who lives hundreds or even thousands of miles away? Today we are talking with Carlissa Larsen, a Utah Director for Lifting Hands. Lifting Hands is a humanitarian organization focused on providing aid to refugees, both at home and abroad.
