The Real Future of Work

David Weil, Ph.D., is Dean and Professor at the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. He is the author of the book The Fissured Workplace. The workforce is changing and not necessarily for the better. David Weil has spent the past few decades researching and documenting the changing nature of work, and in 2013, President Barack Obama nominated him to head the division at the Department of Labor that oversees the government’s laws on wages.
