Wikipedia After Twenty Years

Wikipedia turned 20 in January. When it first launched, nobody thought it would last this long, and yet here it is–one of the most visited sites on the web. It's reliable enough that even teachers and academics generally respect it. Northeastern University communication studies professor Joseph Reagle is co-editor of a collection of essays called “Wikipedia @ 20: Stories of an Incomplete Revolution.”
