Reclaimed wood is very hip in construction and home décor. Furniture made from railroad ties or driftwood or even old fence slats can run you a pretty penny. But would you like to have a table made from of used chopsticks? Those little wooden sticks that you snap apart and eat your sushi with and then toss in the trash –those are what a startup called ChopValue is turning into high-end furniture and décor. Felix Bock came up with the idea over a sushi dinner, in fact. He came on the show to talk about it.
