Bassem Youssef was the “Jon Stewart of Egypt." He started the country’s first political satire TV show with a live studio audience. It was a huge hit with the public, but then it got banned from TV. It became so dangerous for Youssef, that in 2014, he fled Egypt with his wife and daughter. Now they live in California, where Youssef is a voice actor and standup comedian and–as of just this month–a children’s book author. The book is "The Magical Reality of Nadia."
