But sometimes when we’re so focused with showing love for those around us, we forget to care for ourselves. Not only does this make it harder to care for those we know that are struggling, but we may find ourselves struggling ourselves. Luckily, there are ways that we can manage being compassionate to those around us while taking care of ourselves at the same time.
