Dr. Drew Faust has had a vast and remarkable career. She was the founding dean for the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study at Harvard University, and in 2007 became the first female president of the university. As an author-historian, she has written six books, multiple of which are prize-winners, and was elected to the Society of American Historians in 1993. In September of 2018, Dr. Faust was awarded the John W. Kluge Prize for Achievement in the Study of Humanity by the Library of Congress. If that wasn’t enough, today she is currently a board member of Goldman Sachs. Dr. Drew Faust has spent her career breaking glass ceilings, especially for women. We are honored to be speaking with her today about her life path and her experiences in these different roles as a woman pioneer.
