Collaboration in music has given us a lot of great songs, but a great collaboration is great becaus eof what the individual artists bring to it after years of hard work on their own.  Eric Thayne and Trevor Henderson are two Utah musicians whose names are linked with Indie bands and artists that they've collaborated with, enough that that's what they're mostly known for. They didn't start out that way though,  and tonight we're taking them back to their beginnings: spotlighting them as composers and solo artists.  Trevor Henderson is a singer-songwriter whose first love is piano. He's released three albums and was a founding member of the band Desert Noises. His sister Katie Henderson, guitarist of The Blue Aces, was here too to join in on harmony.  Eric Thayne is a local musician who's also a filmmaker and producer. he owns his own recording studio called Celadora that focuses on a YouTube market for musicians and businesses.  Together they go bac ko their roots and showcase some of the original music that got them started on their musically collaborative careers.  Songs Featured: Henderson: Anything But Giving Up, Save Each Other, Brother, Making Your Own Luck; Thayne: Celebration Hymn, First Flight, The Good King;  Follow Highway 89 on twitter: @byuh89 and on instagram: @byuh89.
