Infrastructure Report Card

All across the country there are infrastructure crises waiting to happen on par with the Texas Energy Crisis and the Flint Water Crisis of 2015–derailed trains, collapsed bridges, flooded roads, electric grid failures. But there’s a glimmer of good news. This year the American Society of Civil Engineers gave the U.S. an average grade of C-, which up from the Ds we’ve been getting for 20 years. Greg DiLoreto is the former head of the American Society of Civil Engineers committee that issues the infrastructure report card.
