The NASA rover Perseverance just made a successful landing on Mars, along with a mini helicopter attached to the rover’s underbelly. When this little helicopter takes off, it will be the first powered flight on another planet. Mimi Aung is the project manager of the Mars Helicopter at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
