Chesapeake and Ohio National Historical Park

Today for Lisa’s Adventure Club, we are exploring the Chesapeake and Ohio National Historical Park in Washington D.C. To tell us about the park, we’ve invited Dr. Alice Kerby. Dr. Kerby specializes in resiliance coaching and is passionate about Chesapeake and Ohio National Park. As a sober woman, she is passionate about bringing these tools to women in recovery to facilitate an engaged life that is hallmarked by ease. She is an avid outdoors woman and adventurer, and is the creator and founder of The Sober Girls Hiking and Adventure Club.
