COVID College Admissions

High School Seniors are facing a different college admissions process than previous generations. Due to the pandemic colleges and universities have had to reinvent a process that they’ve been using for years within the time span of a couple months. Many schools are opting out of requiring standardized test scores. They’re also having to accept that most applications won’t have as many extracurricular activities listed. So, what do students need to do to stand out on their college applications in a post pandemic world? Today, we are joined by Kim Lifton, president of the Wow Writing Workshop. They hold webinars for high school juniors and seniors to connect them with college admission professionals and give them guidance on their college essays, free of charge.
