Kindness and resilience go a long way. Whether that’s through continually working to be better as an athlete, standing up for other people, helping others, or simply trying to be a good citizen, the universe rewards good people who try and be good people. In this episode there are many examples of great beings and great people that try their best to walk a good path, and the good consequences that come from it. We can see examples of people like these in football captains, Cinderella’s and in nature. As well as the world that surrounds all of us in daily life. May we all learn a little bit from examples like these and grow to be better people.
