Aspartame (13:21) Andrea is a Registered Dietitian; she graduated from BYU with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics and completed an internship at the University of Idaho. She is currently working at the University of Utah hospital as a clinical dietitian in the cardiac ICU and medical units.  She also writes a blog titled "The Baking Dietitian". Her blog focuses on sharing healthy recipes, workouts and nutrition/health/fitness tips with her readers. Her philosophy on nutrition is simple: Everything in Moderation. She promotes living a healthy and happy lifestyle while letting yourself indulge every once in a while. Today Andrea talks with Dr. Townsend about the pro and cons of Aspartame and why some companies are taking it out of food.
