Ice Bacteria

Greenland’s ice sheet is melting, and scientists have identified an unexpected culprit speeding up the process—bacteria. It's causing soil to clump together in streams on the surface of the glacier. Sasha Leidman is a hydrologist at Rutgers University studying this phenomenon.
